Varo Content Management System known as VaroCMS was built by VideoSift IT director and Software Architect Rommel Santor to work as an effective rich media social framework that encourages self-moderation and community building. It was created specifically to function as the foundation of VideoSift.com.

VaroCMS is focused on user-based content-building and achieves this via a vote-driven content submission system and hierarchical power structure which together create a perpetual, addictive supply of dialog-provoking content. At the same time they continuously motivate members to work individually, but also for the common good, toward higher status within, and better content for, the community.
